Poor maintenance there was no light on the balcony and my bedside room was full of dust, I asked to be transferred in the morning the system did not work, hotel too dark at reception, there is a big ascent to get to the hotel, there we will not come again

אני הזמנתי פלזה בוטיק וקיבלתי לאונרדו פלזה השאלה איך אתם עושים דבר כזה שאני מגיע מהצפון ומתאכזב מצפה לפצוי מכם לא גרוע מה שקיבלתי אבל זה לא דומה סליחה ותודה
